Design Lead, FT, based in Godalming

This role offers a brilliant opportunity to actualise a combination of the Artistic Director’s vision and the artists creations into product design, ensuring and keeping true to the integrity of the artwork and charity at every stage.

About the Role

Day to day you’ll be adapting the artists artworks into designs for products and packaging whilst maintaining the artistic integrity of the works, vision, and brand. You will also be liaising and communicating with the wider team on design aspects, potential future collaborations, and other activity within the design team.

About your Experience

You will have an Art or Design Degree and a comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite. An understanding and experience of printing and manufacturing processes, as well as product development are essential. Strong communications and project management skills are also key.
CAD knowledge is preferred.

The Details
