Lead times

Wonderfully, we often experience a high volume of orders which means that sometimes our lead times can be up to c. 5 weeks from point of order. We always work hard to deliver sooner than that wherever possible, often despatching within days of an order being placed. If you need more specific info on the likely delivery date then please just ask via email.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our Minimum Order is £200 exc. VAT and shipping, unless you are ordering just Cards and Gift Wrap in which case the Minimum Order is £150. Shipping Costs are £12 per Order. Carriage Paid is £300 exc. VAT per order.

Pack sizes and samples

When you log into your Trade account you will be able to see the pack sizes of each product in the information that accompanies it online. We sell samples of the Organic Soaps, the Tea and Biscuits range, Lady Muck range, Organic Soaps, Reed Diffusers and Candles at half of the trade price. They are available online and are limited to 1 sample per product ordered.

Shipping

We charge £12 per delivery for orders under £300 exc. VAT that are being delivered to the UK. If you are an overseas customer, you will be charged the exact cost of shipping. We will let you know what that is before we ship your order so you can confirm you are happy with the amount.

Invoicing

You will be Invoiced on receipt of your delivery and will have 30 days payment terms from that point. If you would prefer to pay in advance then please let us know and we will generate a Proforma Invoice for you. As a charity, it is very expensive and time-consuming for us to follow up overdue accounts and therefore we would be very grateful if our 30 day credit terms are strictly adhered to

Returns or Credit Notes

We hope that everything arrives safely with you but sometimes things do get damaged in transit and occasionally we there are mistakes from the processing our end.  Please do let us know if you are unhappy in anyway with your order and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as we can. Credit notes will be raised for any missing or damaged items. We do not operate a Sale or Return Policy.

Exclusivity

As a Charity we do not offer exclusivity to customers as our main aim is to tell as many people as possible about the ARTHOUSE Unlimited artists and their talents. You can check our existing Stockist list under the ‘Stockist’ tab on our website. We try to keep it updated monthly. Alternatively you can give us a call and we will tell you which other stockists we have in your area.

Donations

At the point of checkout you will be offered the opportunity to round up your order value as a means of making a donation to the Charity. ARTHOUSE Unlimited is 100% self-sustaining and every penny helps us to keep offering the service we do to the artists we support. We would be very grateful for a donation but you are not obliged in any way!
