Existing stockists can login here using your own unique login details. If you have misplaced or forgotten your details, contact us as above and we will reissue.
We prefer orders to be placed online via the Trade Shop but will happily accept orders over the phone and email too.
Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully. We are asking people to pay in advance via Proforma Invoice at the moment. However, we have reduced our Minimum Order Level to £150 and our Carriage Paid Level to £200 in a bid to try and help. Please see below for more information
Minimum Order Quantities
We are currently offering a reduce Minimum Order level of £150 and Carriage Paid at £200. We hope this helps.
Usually our Minimum Order is £200 exc. VAT and Shipping, unless you are ordering just Cards & Gift Wrap in which case the Minimum Order is £150. Shipping Costs are £12 per Order. Carriage Paid is £300 exc. VAT Order. Shipping costs differ for Overseas Customers. Please see Shipping below for more info.
At this point in time we are working with reduced staff in our warehouse, so delivery lead times could be up to 14 working days from point of payment. We always work hard to deliver sooner than that whenever possible, often dispatching within days of an Order being placed. If you need more specific info on the likely delivery date then please just ask via email.
Pack sizes and samples
When you log into the Trade Shop you will be able to see the pack sizes of each product in the information that accompanies it online. We sell samples of Organic Soaps, Handmade Chocolate, Tea and Biscuits, Lady Muck, and Candles at half of the trade price. They are available online and are limited to 1 sample per product ordered.
Currently we charge £12 per delivery for orders under £200 exc. VAT that are being delivered to the UK. If you are an overseas customer, you will be charged the exact cost of shipping. We will let you know what that is before we ship your order so you can confirm you are happy with the amount. In more normal times, our Carriage Paid level is £300 exc. VAT for UK customers.
In light of the current situation we are currently regretfully asking customers to pay in advance via Proforma Invoice. As soon as the Proforma has been paid we will trigger dispatch doing everything we can to get you your goods within the next day or two.
In more normal times you will be Invoiced on receipt of your delivery and will have 30 days payment terms from that point. If you would prefer to pay in advance then please let us know and we will generate a Proforma Invoice for you. As a charity, it is very expensive and time-consuming for us to follow up overdue accounts and therefore we would be very grateful if our 30 day credit terms are strictly adhered to.
Returns or Credit Notes
We hope that everything arrives safely with you but sometimes things do get damaged in transit and occasionally we there are mistakes from the processing our end. Please do let us know if you are unhappy in anyway with your order and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as we can. Credit notes will be raised for any missing or damaged items.
Sale or Return
We do not operate a Sale or Return Policy.
As a Charity we do not offer exclusivity to customers as our main aim is to tell as many people as possible about the ARTHOUSE Unlimited artists and their talents. You can check our existing Stockist list under the ‘Stockist’ tab on our website. We try to keep it updated monthly. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we will tell you which other stockists we have in your area.
ARTHOUSE Unlimited sell at Trade and Retail. We set our Trade and RRP prices as per the ones you can see currently on our Online Trade Shop. An up-to-date price list can also be seen here (link). Occasionally, in line with market forces, we may have to increase our pricing. In some instances we may reduce it. We will endeavour to inform existing customers as and when that happens.
Rebates, Settlement Fees, Commercial Agreements etc.
Our Terms & Conditions, and Pricing are laid out as above. As a Charity we aim to be 100% self-sustaining via Sales. The margins we set and work to are designed to help us do that. Consequently, we are unable to agree to any third party Rebates, Settlement Fees or any other types of Commercial Agreements.
At the point of check out you will be offered the opportunity to round up your order value as a means of making a donation to the Charity. ARTHOUSE Unlimited is 100% self-sustaining and every penny helps us to keep offering the service we do to the artists we support. We would be very grateful for a donation, but you are not obliged in any way!
