The Head of Commercial will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of the charity. Their key focus will be on driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and managing commercial partnerships. This role is critical in driving business growth and maintaining a strong position in competitive markets.

 

 

Responsibilities

·       Work closely with the Founder/CEO & following the vision of the Charity to help ensure longevity and sustainability of the commercial arm of ARTHOUSE Unlimited

·       Work with the Head of Marketing and CEO to plan and implement strategies that align with business goals to promote growth and generate new revenue streams

·       Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial activities through data analysis

·       Lead financial management, analysis, forecasting, annual business planning and budget setting

·       Manage relationships with key stockists and partners

·       Oversee commercial operations, systems and distribution centres

·       Lead sales direction in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & CEO

·       Motivate and support the Sales Team to achieve KPIs & targets

·       Manage a team of finance, sales, procurement and operational staff

·       Lead on the development of contracts & agreements with partners

·       Input into product development strategies by providing profitability analysis, pricing research & revenue predictions

·       Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability across teams  

 

 What we are looking for

        

·       Someone keen to learn and understand the current working model and productivity of the Charity’s success with the ability to work in a team to support and enhance the business

·       A relevant business-related degree (e.g., in business management, marketing, or finance)

·       Demonstrated success in a senior commercial leadership role

·       Ideally experience and knowledge of the food gifting or confectionary industry

·       High levels of experience of managing relationships with business partners and suppliers

·       To be open to alternative ideas and innovation by the Art Director/CEO that doesn’t follow analysis and structure

·       To have the capacity to be led in an unknown world of art direction by the CEO
