The Care & Inclusion Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the sessions, alongside working closely with the CEO to consider fulfilling opportunities for all artists. Key focus areas will be safeguarding, inclusion, maintaining compliance, training and providing purpose, value and empowerment for all artists.

The Head of Commercial will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the future commercial strategy. Key focuses will be on driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and managing commercial partnerships.
