ARTHOUSE Unlimited is looking for a kind, clever mind to help the charity to be sustainable, thrive and grow.

Do you love making the numbers work, spotting smart savings, and helping small creative teams thrive? We’re looking for someone with a head for business and a heart for our mission – someone who understands the value of what we do and can help us use our resources wisely.

You’ll play a key role in guiding sensible, sustainable decisions that support both our charity’s growth and the incredible artists we represent. If you’re financially savvy and passionate about making a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

This is more than just managing spreadsheets,  it’s about shaping our future. You’ll work closely with our CEO and trustees to ensure we stay financially sound, compliant, and ready to grow. From budgeting and forecasting to funding applications and strategic insight, you’ll be a key player in our mission.

You’ll Tackle:

Budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting

Keeping Sage in tip-top shape

Cashflow monitoring and future planning

Payroll, pensions, and HMRC compliance

Audit prep and financial reporting

Supporting funding bids with solid financials – and writing them too

Bringing clarity and confidence to every financial conversation

Bonus points if you’re happy to support light HR admin too!

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified or highly experienced finance professional (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

Experience managing finances in a small charity or business

Confident with Sage, Excel, and financial best practices

Commercially aware, proactive, and strategic

A clear communicator – in person, on paper, and in funding bids

Aligned with our mission and values – and ready to lead

Even Better If You Have:

Knowledge of charity finance, SORP, and governance

Experience supporting HR systems

A collaborative spirit

Why ARTHOUSE Unlimited?

We’re a small but mighty team where creativity, inclusion, and purpose power everything we do. Here, your work will directly support artists with complex needs – and help build a more inclusive world through art and enterprise.
