Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for maintaining digital platforms, as well as implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and online sales.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Website management

  • Update and continuously optimise two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B), building out journeys, content and testing plans
  • Identify and implement possibilities for SEO improvements, ensuring the website adheres to best practice

 

Campaign delivery

  • Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns

 

Content creation

  • Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts, email and website content
  • Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries

 

Reporting & research

  • Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

 

Other activities

  • Attend and work at trade shows as and when required supporting the Trade Sales Team
  • Marketing admin tasks

 

What we’re looking for

  • Min 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C online environment, retail is a plus
  • Keen interest and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing tools / techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong creative outlook, with impressive presentation skills
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must, Shopify, Mailchimp and/or Klayvio eCRM experience preferred
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
