Digital Marketing Executive
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for maintaining digital platforms, as well as implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and online sales.
Responsibilities:
Website management
- Update and continuously optimise two Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B), building out journeys, content and testing plans
- Identify and implement possibilities for SEO improvements, ensuring the website adheres to best practice
Campaign delivery
- Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns
Content creation
- Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts, email and website content
- Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries
Reporting & research
- Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Other activities
- Attend and work at trade shows as and when required supporting the Trade Sales Team
- Marketing admin tasks
What we’re looking for
- Min 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C online environment, retail is a plus
- Keen interest and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing tools / techniques
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Strong creative outlook, with impressive presentation skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must, Shopify, Mailchimp and/or Klayvio eCRM experience preferred
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
