The Care & Inclusion Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the sessions, alongside working closely with the CEO to consider fulfilling opportunities for all artists.  Key focus areas will be safeguarding, inclusion, maintaining compliance, training and providing purpose, value and empowerment for all artists.

About the Role

The Care and Inclusion Manager will provide strong leadership to inclusion officers and volunteers, ensuring artists receive personalised care which promotes independence and well-being. 

This is a busy role within a small passionate team. You will manage staff development through mentoring and training; maintain regulatory standards and ensure all records and procedures meet quality assurance levels.  

Communication is a key element, developing links with outside agencies, care providers and guardians. 

You will also work closely with the Art Instructor Lead to manage all placements including consideration of better ways to offer improved access and developmental support.  

About your experience

Previous experience of care management, working with people with learning disabilities, trained in emergency medication and equivalent care. 

Experience and understanding of health & safety and accessible environments. 

Progressive thinker empowering people who require support. 

The Details

At a salary of £35k, this is a full-time position (37.5 hrs/wk) based at the charity’s Godalming Headquarters. Benefits include healthcare insurance with access to a GP helpline, access to an employee assistance programme, 33% discount on products, 25 days a year holiday (plus BH’s).
