Head of Commercial

The Head of Commercial will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of the charity. The key focus will be on driving revenue growth, optimising profitability, and managing commercial partnerships.

About the Role

This senior commercial leader will work closely with the Founder/CEO to help ensure longevity and sustainability of the commercial arm of the charity.

You'll be providing financial management & analysis, setting financial targets and ensuring business operations work smoothly and efficiently.

Working with the Head of Marketing you’ll be planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth and generate new revenue streams.

About your experience

Demonstrated success in a senior commercial leadership role. Leading and
coaching teams, as well as having financial, budgeting and business planning expertise. Experience
of managing relationships with business partners, customers and suppliers.

The Details

At a salary of £50k, this is a full-time, hybrid working position (37.5 hrs/wk) . Benefits include healthcare insurance with access to a GP helpline, access to an employee assistance programme, 33% discount on products, 25 days a year holiday (plus BH’s).
