Our candles are specifically designed to melt slowly. For perfect drip-free performance, candles must be placed completely upright and kept away from sudden drafts or air currents. If caught in a draft, a small amount of wax may run but will harden quickly, but please note that dripped wax may stain some surfaces.
Care Instructions

Remove packaging before burning. Use heat resistant candle holder. Do not place near a heat source. Always place candle upright. Do not move candle when burning. Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from things that can catch fire.
Keep away from children and pets.
Keep candles at least 10cm apart.
Trim wick to 5cm.
Keep the wax pool clear of matches and debris.
Delivery

Your order will be packed with care by a team of staff, volunteers and artists at our charity in Godalming.

We use Royal Mail Tracked services to deliver your order. Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express) may take 1-2 Working Days and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard) may take 3-5 Working Days. 

We ship to the UK, including the Channel Islands & the Isle of Man. As of November 2025, we can ship print on demand giclee prints and printed clothing worldwide.

Original Artworks and Printed Clothing are exempt from Express and Standard delivery costs. All Original Artworks will have a £12.00 flat fee applied, and Printed Clothing a £4.50 flat fee, at checkout. The customer will be contacted if the cost is more, dependent on weight and destination, and the difference will be charged prior to despatch.
